Online Collaboration Tools

I personally though Google Docs was easier to use but I am also a lot more familiar with that application than Zoho. Zoho has a lot of apps and features that are similar to Google but there are a few differences I noticed. One being database apps and online databases - Zoho has but I couldn't find them on Google. But on the other hand Google has personalized homepages and web site hosting. I also noticed that Google uses another source for Wiki and Web Conferencing. I would aim more for Zoho b/c it seems to have more functionality and more features.

I think they would find it pretty convenient b/c they could all be accessing the same document instead of forwarding it back and forth for editing. It would have been a lot less time consuming, haha! The final draft would have been better b/c there would have been more methods of presenting their info and manufacturing of the document.
