I like the RPC Calc. over the UofM Calc b/c you could just have the info emailed to your account and get reminder about each step along the way. One thing I did like about the UofM Calc is you had a lot more options about the kind of class the project was for but at the same time most of the categories don't apply to AI students.
I would use the RPC to get reminders email as often as possible to make sure I was staying on track with an assignment. The teacher guide had a lot of helpful features too like proofreading assignments and how to make sure you aren't plagarizing. There was also a lot about learning how your work will be evaluated although this would more than likely vary by teacher.
I think you could even use this in the future for projects at work to help you manage your time and make sure you meet a deadline especially if you have multiple projects to do at once.
