They have a lot of professional tools like high resloution and professional prints but you can also make your own personal layouts. I really like the bighugelabs.com b/c the tools are super easy to use and navigate. I'm really new to the different photo softwares and applications and I was able to figure out how to manipulate photos and use different functions without help or tutorials.
I would definitely recommend it to others. I like how it's free and you can do so much. I'm a fan of Snapfish and Kodak photo sites. I also like google docs and have used that in the past. I knew of quite a few of these sites but hadn't heard of many of the ones in 16 Things.
